Hello group,
I am looking at the Lutheran confirmation records from Frankenberg (Kassel), specifically from 1825 (page 93, female entry number 14; found on image 613):
http://www.archion.de/p/71230573f9/
The girl's name is Marie Sophie. Her father is Jost Henr. (Heinrich) Huhn. She was born 14 May 1811.
What I cannot make out is the notation after the father's name. It looks like "geb. zu Ob. Melsung, ..."
Born in Obermelsungen...?
I believe the town to be correct because her brother's death/burial entry clearly shows he was born in Obermelsungen (even though so far no records of this Huhn family there have been found). But what is the last part right before her date of birth?
Best regards,
Dave
