Baptism in Gründau

Hello. I'm trying to discover what the father's name is on this Baptism. The son's name is Johann Jacob, and I believe the father's forename is Stoffel. I also read the birth occurring (or family residing) in Niedergründau. Whatever the father's name is, it should help in my research. Thank you.

looks like Stoffel Hä⟨n⟩kel(*) or Henkel
( the line over the 2nd letter probably stands for a letter ’n’ to be inserted )

I see. I have been researching this person, and he is listed as Henkel or Henckel in other records. He is listed in the Büdingen marriage register in 1729 with the same father listed as being from Niedergründau and as deceased. I believe this is the same Jacob Henkel is the one who remarried in Büdingen in 1734, though I only see that from the register (index?) of the burial register there. Thank you for your help with the father's name.
