It is a paid web sight? Living outside Germany I do not like to transfer monies. You should directly contact the Bavarian Genealogical Society
"Bayerischer Landesverein für Familienkunde e.V."
and ask them for help.

very interesting. I contacted the Library of Congress here in the USA- the copies I seek 1921 and 1952, yes are there, but without a name to look up they would not help. That is a non-profit genealogical society.
I have no idea if they charge for their look-up services or not; and I also have no idea if they have an 1951/1952 address book for Regensburg in their library at all, or if such book exists or not.
So if you decide to send them a look-up request please simply ask.

When you search Google books for: Einwohnerbuch Regensburg
....there's one for 1954, unfortunately for me only with snippet-view accessible

Sure, who will be able to manually check hundreds of pages for a street address only??but without a name to look up they would not help.
A direct approach could be to contact the municipal archive of Regensburg:
Stadtarchiv Regensburg, Runtingerhaus, Keplerstraße 1, 93047 Regensburg.
As far as I know address books of Regensburg were published and they normally contain both a name list of inhabitants with their addresses and a list of streets with the inhabitants for each address. So, the second part should be interesting for you. Be aware that not all inhabitants may be listed for different reasons, e.g. privacy restrictions. Nevertheless, it should be worth a try. And also keep in mind that you probably will have to pay a fee for the search. Not sure how many address books were published after 1945.

I will contact Regensburg Stadtarchiv and go from there.
