1769 Death Record - Oberbieber

I am looking for help fully translating (or transcribing) the attached death record for my 4th great-grandmother. The date of death was 09 JUL 1834 and her husband was Johann Christ. Falkenburg.

Are the names at the bottom of the entry her parents?

I cannot seem to post here without making an error - - apologies.

1. The deceased is Anna Catharina Falkenburg nee Muller.

2. It is an 1834 Death Record (not 1769, which is her birth year).
