I am interested in learning of any death records from the former Pomeranian village of Retztow from 1853-1875 (civil record, gravestone, or obituary), if anyone knows how or where I can find them.
My 4x great-grandparents (Martin Backhaus and Eleanora Dröse) died in Retztow (now Redostowo, Poland), according to their children's death records, but I don't know the dates because the surviving church books end in 1852, and they likely died between 1853-1875.
